Sandy Froman, President
Sandra S. (“Sandy”) Froman is an attorney in Tucson, Arizona whose practice includes business, contract and employment litigation, as well as mediation and arbitration. She is recognized in the national publication Best Lawyers in America and was voted “Best Lawyer of the Year for Employment Law –Management” in Tucson, Arizona. Froman received her undergraduate degree in economics with honors from Stanford University and her juris doctor degree from Harvard Law School. As Vice President of the Mzuri Wildlife Foundation, Froman believes the work of the Foundation is vital to keeping alive the proud American heritage of hunting and has a particular interest in continuing to grow the number of women involved in the shooting sports.

Cyndi Flannigan, Secretary
Cyndi, an Industry veteran of 40 years, has held several positions with three major brands. Hornady Manufacturing, Leupold and Stevens and currently VP of Sales and Marketing for Walther Arms, Inc. Along with her passion for hunting and shooting, Cyndi spends her spare time working on Boards such as “Youth Shooting Sports Foundation” and “Outdoor Recreation Heritage Fund”. While she is very fortunate to work in an industry she loves to play in, she believes in giving back to that industry. She remains dedicated to the preservation of our hunting heritage and right to bear arms.

Dave Sanson, Board Member
Dave is a real estate developer in California and Washington. He is an avid and lifelong outdoorsman and is dedicated to wildlife conservation and education. He cares deeply about promoting a passion for hunting and fishing, sport safety and skill development with the youth shooting sport community. Dave is a member of Safari Club International (SCI), Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation, NRA, and California Waterfowl Association (CWA). With the CWA, Dave has focused primarily on youth education in the area of hunting safety and fostering an appreciation and enjoyment of shooting sports. Dave is also very involved as an Executive Board Member with HomeAid Northern California, Building Industry Association, Bay Area (BIA) and the California Building Industry Association (CBIA).
Michael Luzich, Board Member
Michael serves on the Mzuri because he believes that encouraging more women and youth to enter the shooting sports is critical to preserving the vital American tradition of hunting that has been an integral part of our culture for generations. He wants to ensure that future generations enjoy the same sports that he is afforded today.
Glennon T. Gingo, Board Member
Glennon has multiple certifications including being a National Rifle Association Certified Instructor: Pistol, Rifle, Shotgun, Personal Protection and Chief Range Safety Officer.
George K. Kollitides, II, Board Member
Mr. Kollitides is passionate about the outdoors and conservation and consequently holds numerous life memberships in hunting, shooting, fishing and conservation organizations. Mr. Kollitides serves on the NRA Hunting and Wildlife Conservation Committee, NRA Publications Policy Committee, NRA Task Force on Industry Relations, the NRA Hunters’ Leadership Forum Steering Committee and is a Trustee of the NRA Foundation. He is also a Director of the New York State Rifle and Pistol Association, where he is a Life Member, a Director of the Safari Club International (“SCI”) New York, Tri-State Chapter, where he is also an SCI life member and is one of only 100 Regular Members of the Boone and Crockett Club.
John A. Kamps, Board Member
Hailing from Ripon, Calif., John Kamps grew up hunting pheasant, duck and deer with his father. After graduating high school, he attended Georgia Tech then moved south to the town of Pomona for three years before making the trek back to Ripon. John is active with Safari Club International (SCI), Ducks Unlimited (DU) and the National Rifle Association (NRA) Hunters’ Leadership Forum’s President’s Founders Club.
George Sammut, Board Member
As an avid sportsman and outdoors enthusiast, he has a true belief in wildlife conservation efforts, the future of our shooting sports, and the ongoing education of our youth on these matters. He believes that involvement in organizations to further these endeavors is something every Sportsman should consider, and looks forward to being a part of the support process we need so badly in this “anti- shooting sports” political environment. The education of Wildlife Conservation thru hunting is a topic that many more need to understand, and he believes that MZURI is a perfect vehicle to deliver such a message.
Suzanne J. Edwards, Board Member
A regular student of Gunsite Academy in Arizona, she knows firsthand how empowering it is to learn how to safely handle guns and be able to protect oneself should the need arise. A life member of the NRA, she is a member of the NRA Ring of Freedom and the NRA Women’s Leadership Forum Council as well as the CA Rifle and Pistol Association. She and her husband Hammond Edwards are members of Wing & Barrel in Sonoma, where they shoot sporting clays regularly.
David L. Bundesen, Executive Director
David L. Bundesen is a seasoned fundraising professional with 24 years experience. He entered the field in 1995 out of a desire to protect our Second Amendment rights and provide a positive effect on the direction of the country as a Field Representative for the National Rifle Association of America.
