Renee Snider has hunted all six continents and collected over 250 species. She states hunting has enriched her life and her fondest memories are those while hunting with her husband and joined by her father and sometimes her mother, brother, sister, uncles, nephews and cousins for over 35 years. Hunting is now a passion for her children as well.
Renee and her husband Paul reside in Sacramento California and she has spent her life making a positive difference in the lives of countless underprivileged and abused children.
Hunting has give Renee a confidence that she hopes will translate to these special children. She has been privileged to help these children overcome some of the challenges they face every day. Renee knows
that it is hunting has opened her eyes to all things possible.
Renee Snider is the embodiment of an ethical hunter and the Mzuri Wildlife Foundation is proud to recognize her as the first woman recipient of the Steven E. Nelson Sportsman of the Year Award, our highest honor for a hunter.
