MWF may use the personally identifiable information we collect about you to be able to send you communications such as our e-newsletter and various printed publications or mail appeals in furtherance of our fundraising, educational, and advocacy objectives. MWF does not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others.

Protecting information

When you give MWF personally identifiable information, we take steps to treat your information securely. MWF uses industry-standard encryption technologies when transferring and receiving sensitive visitor data (e.g., financial information) on our website. All online donations are processed via third parties using secure servers. MWF is PCI compliant and works only with vendors who are also PCI compliant for handling personally identifiable information and/or financial transactions. Credit card information is never stored for future use. Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. MWF cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us, and you do so at your own risk.
